The profile of the side fans has been streamlined to allow greater suction while providing better airflow, while the full-height profile and extra central fan blades provide enhanced airflow directly to the heatsink. The rotation of the fans is designed to reduce the turbulence of the airflow inside the video card, the central fan rotates in reverse to the auxiliary ones, offering better thermal performance. The fans will automatically shut off when the temperature drops below 50 degrees ensuring low noise and energy saving. Under the blades, a large heatsink is ready to support demanding thermal loads. Heat is drawn into the heat pipes through a series of fins and then eliminated by the powerful fans.
