The Gewindelehrring should screw onto the workpiece's thread manually, without excessive force, along its entire length. If this isn't possible, the thread doesn't meet the desired standards (rejected). A reference temperature of 20°C applies to the workpieces and gauges. Upon request, VÖLKEL can provide a factory calibration certificate (price on request). Calibration, independent of VÖLKEL's production, is performed in a lab following the specified guidelines and standards (DIN, ISO, ANSI) on IAC-Gewindescannern.

• Manual Threading Test: The Gewindelehrring should screw onto the Werkstück's thread smoothly by hand without excessive force
• Thread Mismatch Indicator: If the Gewindelehrring cannot be screwed onto the Werkstück's thread, the thread does not meet the desired standards (rejected)
• Reference Temperature: The Werkstücke and Lehren are calibrated at a reference temperature of 20°C
• On-Demand Calibration Certificate: VÖLKEL, as the manufacturer, can provide a Werkskalibrierschein upon request (price available upon inquiry)
• Independent Laboratory Calibration: The calibration is performed in an independent laboratory following the specified standards (DIN, ISO, ANSI) for each specific item
